How To Download Your Audio Program

Apple iOS (iPhone & iPad)

Important Note: We recommend that you download your program to a computer instead of mobile device as most mobile devices do not have enough memory to download the entire program.

Apple does not directly allow you to download audio files to your mobile devices. Tapping on any audio files will only stream them from your internet or wifi connections and not actually download them.

To download, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Downloads” tab. Download Tab
  2. Right-click the link under the “iTunes - Recommended for Macs” section. **If you have a MAC Computer or Laptop you may need to press and hold the mouse button to bring up the save menu or press and hold the control key and click to bring up the right click menu options.

  3. Open iTunes to add the newly saved file to your library. Choose File > Add to Library (on Windows, choose Add File to Library or Add Folder to Library) and then select the audio or video file or folder you want to add. The file should be saved on your desktop. Alternatively you can open iTunes and drag the file from the desktop and drop it into the iTunes library.
  4. You’ll need to repeat these steps for each program section.
  5. You should now be able to listen to your audio file in your iTunes library at anytime.
  6. Plug your Apple device into your computer to sync it with your iTunes application.
  7. Sync your device by clicking the appropriate selection (iPad, iPhone, etc) under the “Devices” section and hit the “Sync” button.

  8. Once the sync is done you can disconnect your device.
  9. To listen to your audio program, open up iTunes and find it in your Library.
Android (Samsung, LG, HTC, etc)

To download, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Downloads” tab. Download Tab
  2. Press and hold the Higher Quality Video (mp4) link. It should be the Higher Quality Video link unless you have a slower internet connection. In that case, select Lower Quality Video.

  3. Select “Download link.”

  4. When it’s done downloading you can view the program by going to your “Downloads” or “Video” app.
  5. Follow steps 3 and 4 for each section of the program.
Microsoft Windows
  1. Go to the “Downloads” tab. Download Tab
  2. Choose the MP3 Audio format on the right and right-click on a link and select “Save Link As” or “Save Target As”. Right-click on the Link
  3. Save the file to your preferred location on your computer.
  4. Follow steps 3 and 4 for each section of the program.
  5. To view the program, go to the file saved and open.
  6. Once the file is downloaded, you can double-click on it to open it with the default media player.
Mac OS X
  1. Go to the “Downloads” tab. Download Tab
  2. Choose the iTunes AudioBook (m4b) format on the left and right-click on a link and select “Save Link As” or “Save Target As”. **Note: If your MAC Computer or Laptop mouse doesn’t have the right click button, press and hold the mouse button to bring up the save menu or press and hold the control key and click to bring up the right click menu options. Save the file to the location of your choice but we recommend saving it to the desktop.

  3. Open iTunes to add the newly saved file to your library.
